• Keep in freezer

    The pastry will be good for up to 4 weeks in the freezer

  • Refrigerator overnight

    This is the best and safest method to thaw before baking. At least 12 hours prior to baking.

    If you are in a pinch, you can thaw at room temperature 30-45 mins. Please be mindful of the room temperature (70 degrees) because if it is warmer, it may thaw even faster.

  • Bake @ 400 F for 25 minutes

    The rolls can be glazed with egg wash so that he can brown a little bit more when baking.

    Place at least 1.5 inch apart and bake. Make sure to rotate the pan halfway through baking for even cooking.
