As a home based bakery, are you legit?

We are fully permitted by the Department of Health as a CFO business.

Storage of brownies

The brownies should be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. To keep in the freezer, it can be wrapped with plastic and then foil. It should be good for 30 days.


Do you offer delivery?

We are offering delivery scheduled 1-2x/month in Santa Clara County cities along with SF, Peninsula and Eastbay cities notated in our ordering page.

Shipping Price:

The following price is a quote for a single shipping address.

Order 1 - 2 items - $16.10, 2 Day USPS Priority Mail

Example 1: 1 order of Brownie Flight or 1 order of box cookies (qty 6)

Example 2: 2 orders of Brownie Flight or 2 orders of box of cookies (qty6)

Example 3: 1 order of Brownie Flight AND 1 order of box of cookies (qty 6)

Order 3-4 items - $21.50, 2 Day USPS Priority Mail

Shipping Policy:

Our treats are shipped throughout the United States using USPS as our third party shipping carrier. Once shipped, your selected carrier speed determines when it will arrive.

For best results, the treats should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 5-7 days of delivery. They can alternatively be frozen upon arrival for up to 4 weeks.

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping. We cannot be responsible for delays in transit due to weather, natural disaster, high package volume (for example, holidays), strikes, or any such event beyond our control. Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.

If you're sending a gift to someone, please let them know to "expect a package". It's not required but we recommend someone is home to receive the package, or perhaps ship to an alternate location–such as workplace–to avoid encountering any issues.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be altered. Eizel’s Bakery is not responsible for packages returned to us or delivered to the incorrect address as a result. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for USPS.

In the event that the product arrives damaged or in poor quality, the customer is responsible for notifying us immediately (within 24 hours) with a photo proof submitted to eizel@eizelsbakery.com

If you do not, we cannot guarantee any compensation or replacement.

 

Do you customize orders?

Our weekly pre-orders are customizable, there’s an option to order a custom box. Please email us if you’d like to customize a large order at eizel@eizelsbakery.com
